The Ski Channel travels from Malibu to a “Mountain Town” in this month’s programming lineup

The term March Madness is usually referred to that basketball tournament that begins at the middle of the month that decides who is the best team in NCAA Division 1 Men’s College Basketball.  Well, here at The Ski Channel, we use the term “March Madness” as well, but we use it when talking about our programming lineup that is available OnDemand now!  For information on how to watch The Ski Channel, click here, and see below for all that the network has to offer this month!

Prelude: USSA Visits SoCal

You’ve undoubtedly seen the snowboard-in-a-dress-for-US-Ski-Team-fundraiser”>clip of actress Pamela Anderson showing off her snowboarding skills this past fall, and now, you can see The Ski Channel’s original production, “Prelude: USSA Visits SoCal.”  Anderson is just one of the many celebrities that attended a United States Ski and Snowboard fundraiser in Topanga, California.  Olympic athletes taught and provided insider tips to children of all ages, and the USSA was supported by many in the latest episode of the “Prelude” series.

Working Title Productions takes viewers on a 100-year journey in the feature “The Greatest Snow on Earth: Utah’s Skiing Story.”  The show chronicles history from when miners in the state first used skis as transportation in the avalanche-prone Wasatch Mountains to the controversial 2002 Olympic bid process that shook the entire Olympic movement.
