Hooters will host the 2nd Annual Hooters Snow Angels Swimsuit Fashion Show in the Snow from 3:00 to 5:00 p.m. this Thursday, April 1 at the St. Regis pool at the base of Aspen Mountain ski area. Donations from this event will go to support Aspen’s own Chris Klug Foundation to benefit those affected by organ transplants.

Olympic snowboarder Chris Klug received a liver transplant in 2000, and then went on to win the Bronze medal in the 2002 Olympic games in Salt Lake City. The Chris Klug Foundation promotes “lifesaving organ donation and improving the quality of life for donors, donor families, and organ transplant candidate and recipients.”

Hooters will ‘donate’ 12 Hooters Girls to be in Aspen that week shooting the Snow Angels TV show, participating in photo shoots during the week and participating in the fashion show, according to firsttracksonline.com.

“We are very proud of Hooters’ association with Chris Klug, as a sponsor of America’s Snowboard Team,” stated Mike McNeil, Vice President of Marketing for Hooters of America, Inc. “After helping Chris reach the Winter Games in Vancouver again, we are glad to extend our relationship to support his foundation and organ donor awareness.”

April is National Donate Life Month.
