As we reported yesterday, Nissan announced that its new electic car, the Leaf, was going on sale in December, just in time for the beginning of the ski and snowboard season.  In addition, the manufacturer also indicated that after a $7,500 federal tax break, the cost of the car would be around $25,000.  Well, we have more good news, as there will also be a tax break for those that buy the car in California.  That amount will be $5,000, which means if you buy your Leaf in the Golden State, it will cost around $20,000!  This is an incredible deal for this new electric car, so start saving your pennies now!
