Ever since the volcanic eruption under Iceland’s Eyjafjallajokull glacier last week, travel across Europe has been impossible, and now in the UK, the Royal Navy has been called in to assist.  Two ships, the HMS Ark Royal and the HMS Ocean are heading back to British waters and will travel to locations that need the most help.  UK airspace is still largely shut down, and is not expected to be open until 0000 Greenwich Mean Time on Tuesday at the earliest.
