The U.S. Ski and Snowboard Hall of Fame and the International Skiing History Association have entered into a symbiotic relationship of sorts. If you join the ISHA (for $50), you will also be contributing to the financial welfare of the the Hall of Fame. If you become a member of the Hall of Fame (same price), you will be contributing to the welfare of the ISHA.

In essence, the two organizations will now share membership revenues. This will allow for the publication of the ISHA magazine Skiing Heritage, the operation of the sport’s Hall of Fame and the National Ski Museum, and the operation of www.skiinghistory.org, the world’s largest website dedicated to ski history.

Hall of Fame President and CEO Tom West is in charge of staging these changes. They are set to begin in June and last until the end of the year.

Also, the ISHA will be moving its office from Denver, Colorado to Ishpeming, Michigan.
