The Ski Channel is going on a series of adventures in its latest batch of programming that will be released this Sunday, April 25.  From mountain biking in Utah to skiing in Austria, you will be taken on several twists and turns throughout these six new titles.  In addition, “With Rhyme and Reason,” an original production chronicling ex-racer Bryon Friedman, will also be joining those shows.  Keep reading below to get a background on them, and make sure to turn on your VOD this Sunday and head over to The Ski Channel to enjoy them all!

Primal Quest 4

In “Primal Quest Montana 4 presented by SPOT,” you will be taken on the ultimate wilderness adventure race. In the race, teams can only use a map and a compass to go through the 550-mile Expedition. They’ll have to have superior skiss and determination to make it through, so tune in to see who has what it takes!

The XTERRA Winter World Championship is quite an adventure throughout the state of Utah. In this show, which is the inaugural race, competitors will be mountain biking, snowshoeing, running, and randonnee at Snowbasin Resort. Then, they’ll be off to Utah’s Olympic Park in Park City to wakesurf and enjoy the same training facility that the best athletes in the country use.

Trial and Air

In 2006, the Teton Mountain Range in Jackson Hole saw over 500 inches of snow for the entire season. Storm Show Productions documented that winter and brings it to you in “Trial and Air.”

En Route Austria

In “En Route Austria,” the team from Nimbus Independent takes us on a wild ride through the European country.  The start skiing epic powder in Krippenstein, then they head out and try on some Lederhosen.  Of course they check out some large steins of beer on their way, and then they complete the trip in the Arlberg region.  Don’t miss out on this adventure!

Set in Motion

Two Plank Productions chronicles 18 pro athletes in this show, which is their third feature film.  The athletes will have to battle through crazy storms and some undiscovered terrain as they participate in this ski adventure film.

Skier’s Mica

In this Skier’s World presentation, you will go on an amazing heli skiing adventure at the world famous Mica Lodge in British Columbia.
