Bret Michaels, former lead singer of the band Poison, in critical condition

Bret Michaels is in critical condition suffering from a brain hemorrhage, his publicist said Friday.

People magazine’s website confirmed that said the former Poison lead singer was rushed to intensive care late Thursday after a severe headache. The report said doctors discovered bleeding at the base of his brain stem.

Michaels had an emergency appendectomy at a private care facility for diabetics last week after complaining of stomach pains reports freep.com.

There are several incorrect reports on Bret’s condition. Bret remains in critical condition at an undisclosed location. Further tests are being ran and information will be updated in the coming days. Thank you for your support, thoughts & concern.

He is 47 years old and has had a hit reality TV show, Rock of Love. And has recently been seen on Donald Trump’s Celebrity Apprentice.
