Former “Diff’rent Strokes” star Gary Coleman is currently hospitalized in Utah in critical condition.
TMZ first reported the story when Coleman’s brother in law reported the actor fell and suffered a head injury. His family is asking his fans to pray for him, he remains in critical condition and suffering from what they describe as “a serious medical condition.”
Todd Bridges, Coleman’s “Diff’rent Strokes” co-star, who confirmed the story that Coleman’s wife reported Coleman fell and had to be resuscitated. She thought they had lost him, as reported by Access.
Coleman suffered a seizure on the set of The Insider on February 26, 2010. Dr. Drew Pinsky, who was with Coleman at the time, assisted him until paramedics arrived.
Coleman, 42, is famous for his character as the insanely cute Arnold Jackson on the popular 80’s show, and for the tag line, “whachootalkin’about?” While Coleman has lived in Utah since 2005, he doesn’t ski. There was an episode about a ski weekend that centered on Mr. Drummond worrying about his daughter Kimberly’s chastity.
Our thoughts go out to Gary and his family.
