VholdR Contour HD announces partnership with X Games and Ducati North America

VholdR, creator of the ContourHD wearable camcorder, today announced strategic partnerships with both the ESPN Summer X Games and Winter X Games.

Additionally, famed motorcyle manufacturer Ducati North America have also named VholdR’s ContourHD as the “Official Team Helmet Cam.” Contour will be outfitting the team with their award-winning cameras and technology to capture footage of the upcoming Pikes Peak International Hill Climb while aboard Ducati’s venerable Hypermotard platform.

By aligning the highly touted ContourHD with the Summer and Winter X Games, VholdR continues to plant their flag in the action sports community. ESPN’s X Games have long been heralded as the premier gathering of the best action sport athletes in the world, and now many of these same athletes will be wearing a ContourHD during practice events and laps. The unique POV perspective is sure to create for some jaw-dropping footage. As part of the yearlong deal, VholdR will also be present at Winter X Games 15 in Aspen.
