Feeling a bit angry that you aren’t skiing at a summer ski camp, or doing the three-way in Mammoth? Rather than going postal, why don’t you take out your pent up ski withdrawal by blasting paint at your best friends during a game of paintball at Squaw Valley! Paintball has in fact arrived at Squaw this summer as a brand new addition to their host of adrenalized activities, and is a great way to have fun in the mountains with your friends and family.

Squaw is developing two different areas for paintball on the upper mountain. The “Woodsball” course will utilize natural terrain, and the “Speedball” course will be using artificial obstacles on the lower tennis courts.

Starting Saturday June 26, the “Woodsball” paintball course will be open using natural terrain along the Silverado ridge line adjacent to High Camp, elevation 8200′. The “Speedball” course is still under construction and will be open in mid-July.

Pricing Packages:

* Youth (13-18) Cable Car/Paintball package: $40
* Paintball (no Cable Car): $29
