The 2010 FIFA World Cup still has fans going crazy worldwide, and even though the U.S. Soccer Team is now out, American culture is still deeply fascinated with the event that has tied so many nations together. Just look no further then daily ESPN show Sportscenter, as tomorrow they will show what happens when several top athletes outside of soccer are invited to explain techniques developed from soccer, and have since been applied in their own respective sport.

Two-time X Games Women’s Ski Superpipe champion Grete Eliassen is among those on the illustrious list of athletes featured in the upcoming segment. Joining Grete will be fellow sports superstars such as Steve Nash, Dwight Freeney, Patrick Elias, Shane Victorino, and Raphael Matos. The video is set to air tomorrow as a part of Sportscenter’s Saturday morning telecast beginning at 9 a.m.

During the cross-over segment, Eliassen credits the tremendous balance she obviously shows on her skis, to her soccer background. For those skiers aspiring to set a world record, go grab a soccer ball like Grete!
