The Ski Channel television offerings aim to provide a television experience for all types of mountain enthusiasts. Whether you’re an Alpine ski race junkie, mountain bike die-hard, park rat, Alaskan heli-ski slayer, snow bunny, or any one of the million other types out there; we believe our network will always have something for you to cue up on the remote and draw in your interest.

While new Ski Channel shows such as Hans Versus the Volcano and Team of One might appeal to those who prefer the more biopic-style original content coming to the network this month, The Ski Channel is also prepared to entertain with amazing lifestyle and travel content with the arrival of “Destination Mammoth.”

“Destination Mammoth” is your exclusive V.I.P. pass to the famous California resort. During the course of the half-hour show we will take you to meet all the major players ranging from Mammoth Mountain Ski Area CEO Rusty Gregory to ABC’s Superstars winner and resident pro skier, Kristi Leskinen. We’ll review the far-reaching choices available on Mammoth’s slopes such as the famed above tree-line ski faces off Chair 23, or the manicured Unbound Terrain Parks that annually bring in the world’s best freestyle skiers and boarders. In fact, throughout the show the audience will meet several of these pro athletes, and check out all the major events at Mammoth such as the West Coast Invitational, Mammoth Invitational, and the Salomon Jib Academy.

For those who would rather stay cozy with the Apres side of things, we’ve got you covered. Learn the difference between Lakanuki and Whiskey Creek happy hours, and discover the finest establishments the town has to over. Before you know it, you’ll be on the Mammoth website booking your next trip to the resort with one of the longest ski and snowboard seasons found anywhere.

It all happens this month, exclusively on The Ski Channel.
