Steamboat Ski Resort has recently announced news to make jibbers everywhere rejoice; the Colorado ski and snowboard area has allocated significant funding to be used towards upgrading the terrain park facilities for the upcoming 2010-11 season.

According to Steamboat Terrain Park Manager Nick Roma, the terrain park crew will use the money to “replace and refurbish all the rails and boxes here at Steamboat.” Roma added, “It will make a big difference in our park variety.”

Epic terrain parks and Steamboat’s world famous “champagne” powder all at one resort? Sounds like the perfect time to begin booking those trips to Steamboat this season, and with more pass options and new daily flights, making the trip is easier than ever.
