Vermont’s Killington Resort names Director of Snow Sports

Killington/Pico Ski Resort Partners, LLC President and General Manager Chris Nyberg announced on Wednesday that Dave Beckwith has been named Director of Snow Sports for Killington Resort and Pico Mountain ski areas.

“Dave has a wealth of managerial experience from both within and outside of the snow sports industry and a proven track record for building successful ski and snowboard school programs,” Nyberg said. “From GLM to Max3/5, Killington Resort has always been an industry leader with its ski and snowboard school programs and I am very excited to have Dave join our team as we continue to move forward and introduce new skiers and riders to winter sports.”

Beckwith most recently served as snow sports director at Snoqualmie Pass, WA, near Seattle. He was also snow sports director of Boreal and Soda Springs ski areas in California. Beckwith earned his B.S. at Keene State College in New Hampshire.

Beckwith will be responsible for the oversight of the Killington Resort and Pico Mountain ski and snowboard schools, daycare and equipment rental programs. He will start his new position on Sept. 27.
