Utah ski swaps offer equipment for all budgets

The smell of autumn and the crackle of leaves are refreshing signs that winter is around the corner. The crumple of cash leaving your wallet doesn’t have to be. Save money and score great winter gear by heading to your local ski or snowboard swap. These swaps are the best way to upgrade your old equipment and prepare for another incredible Utah winter.

“The ski swap is an important part of how the ski community prepares for winter,” said Ski Utah President Nathan Rafferty. “A little early planning and swap participation help locals enjoy The Greatest Snow on Earth more affordably.”

Ski Utah encourages snow enthusiasts to participate in ski swaps and look for early season deals at their favorite Utah resorts. Applications for the Ski Utah School Passport Program, the most economical way for 5th and 6th graders to ski and snowboard, are also currently available online.
