Errol Kerr is a downhill skier with the Jamaica Ski Team. Kerr is the son of a Jamaican father and an American mother. He started skiing at age 4 and started racing competitively at age 11, and as a child he also raced BMX and motocross.

The multi-disciplined Kerr eventually found his niche in skicross and went on to represent Jamaica in the Vancouver 2010 Olympic finishing 9th overall. This was the first time Ski cross was held in the Olympics and the best placing by a Caribbean athlete at any Winter Olympics.

Boreal’s 2nd Annual Team Video Challenge took place November 15 – 22, 2010.  In the Team Video Challenge (TVC), teams of 4 skiers/riders/or both are pitted against each other to create the best edit.  A winner-takes-all $2,000 prize purse is up for grabs along with $500 for the most view video.  The first TVC saw some amazing videos from local stand-outs including Moment Skis, bHappy Films and the Hot Mess Express.

Errol Kerr was recently in our movie ‘The Story’ and here is his entry.
