Mammoth Mountain launches new flight service Dec 16th

Ease of access to California’s winter paradise, Mammoth Mountain, for snow-lovers across the U.S. begins Thursday, December 16th with the launch of brand new, non-stop flights on United Airlines from San Francisco. Also available are direct winter flights on Horizon Air from San Jose, Portland and Los Angeles, launching the same day. Mammoth is now a one-stop destination from a multitude of U.S. cities, full schedules and info below.

What you will find once there:

· New “Roving Mammoth” snowcat food trucks

· The very first art-inspired terrain park: Creative jumps, boxes, rails and sculptures created by renowned, progressive artists. This interactive Art Park will have several rotating exhibits each season

· Two new terrain parks dedicated to rider progression: “Stomping Grounds” & “Evolution Park” feature soft rails, progressively-bigger jump lines and permanent “Acrobags” to safely practice jumps, tricks and landings

· New Tamarack Lodge cross country & snowshoe Ski Center

· Early-Up Ski Passes: First tracks ensured, offering visitors an early chance at the slopes on Saturday mornings, includes breakfast
