Denver Big Air is coming to Civic Center Park January 26th.  Construction began on January 12th for the 102 foot high ramp in Downtown Denver.  Did you know that 600,000 pounds of steel is required to build it?  Pretty Amazing.  I can recall using bricks and ply wood to get my jump on.

“Denver Big Air will be another great showcase for our City, and attract national and international media attention,” said Richard Scharf, president & CEO of VISIT DENVER, The Convention & Visitors Bureau. “From January 25 – 30, Denver will be the center of photo:

the universe for the ski and snowboarding industry, with Mile High Snowfest, 19,000 visitors attending the SIA Snow Show and many other winter events and festivities being staged throughout the Mile High City.”
