Deer Valley is world renowned for it’s incredible accomodations, amazing views, perfect groomers and being ranked the # 1 Resort 4 years in a row by the readers of Ski Magazine.

Celebrating their 30th Anniversary, Deer Valley revolutionized the ski industry by being the first North American resort to provide the first-class service one would find at a five-star hotel.

The resort hosts a variety of events including women’s camps, celebrity ski races, Freestyle World Ski Championships and NASTAR racing.   It also boasts some fantastic tree skiing and suprisingly steep pitches the locals can attest to.  If you’re looking for a family activity off the slopes, they have that covered too.

“Soliciting guest feedback is a priority at Deer Valley,” says Chuck English, director of mountain operations. “We poll our guests each winter on a variety of topics, trying to provide the best service and product we possibly can for them. Guests had indicated that they would enjoy the option of additional activities to keep them entertained when they’re not skiing our mountain. We saw an opportunity to get involved with snowmobile touring and offer a high-quality experience for our guests so we opened Summit Meadows Adventures during the 2004- 2005 winter season.”

Summit Meadows Adventures is a Deer Valley operated service that offers snowmobile tours on the Garff Ranch located a short drive  from Park City’s Main Street.  47 Ski-Doo snowmobiles have access to 7,000 acres of snow covered open lands for you to enjoy.

Snowsuits, boots and gloves are available for rent from Summit Meadows Adventures and goggles or protective eyewear is recommended.  Helmets are mandatory and are included in the rental price.  Tours operate daily until April 4th and you can book by emailing snowmobiling@deervalley.com or call 888-896-7669 or 435-645-snow (7669).
