The Ski Channel’s first major motion picture, “The Story” storms into the Scottsdale / Phoenix area this Thursday Night, March 24th at 8:00PM at the amazing Farrelli’s Cinema Supper Club.  Patrons wanting to see the show need to make reservations at (480) 905-7200 ASAP as the venue is small and the food is spectacular.  We hope you think the film is as well!  Click here to see the trailer.

“The Story” as part of The Ski Channel Film Tour has been touring the nation for over 5 months now and has been delighting audiences.  To date the film has been screened nearly 500 times.  The biggest screening was the premiere in LA at the world famous Mann’s Chinese Theatre.  Over 1500 people came along with over 100 celebrities and an after party of over 1000 people with great performances by all the bands in the film as well as American Idol’s Michael Johns.  Click here to see the premiere video.

“The Story” stars Lindsey Vonn, Bode Miller, Chris Davenport, Bobby Brown, Mike Douglas, Mike Tierney, Lynsey Dyer, Stephani Victor, Reggie Crist, Leif Whittaker, Errol Kerr, Willy Bogner and many other athletes.

The Story does the impossible.  Disguised as a ski documentary, it is actually a riveting examination of what compels us–especially the most driven of us–to excel when facing the most extreme circumstances.  We meet amazing and eccentric characters; heroes, misfits, heroes who are misfits and learn more than we could have imagined about ourselves” said Tony Berg.

So get your buddies in the Scottsdale area and go check out this funny, inspiring film and have a great dinner in a room full of super cool people!
