The Snow center, Britain’s premier indoor snowsports destination, is ready to welcome William and Kate.  No, not the ski loving couple that just happens to be English royalty.  The UK’s newest indoor snowsports facility in Hemel Hempstead is offering free skiing to any couples that come out for skiing or snowboarding the 160m main slope or would like lessons on the beginner slope.  Both slopes are over 30m wide and are perfect snow surfaces.

The offer is good from Friday April, 29th through the weekend ending on Monday, May 2nd.  The lucky couples will be treated to a one hour recreational lift pass so they can ski or ride for free on this historic weekend.

“The whole country, in fact the whole World, is going to be celebrating the wedding of the year. Everybody at The Snow Centre is just as excited about the occasion, which is why we’re eager to celebrate it in our own special way,” said Elise Hyslop, head of marketing at The Snow Centre, Elise Hyslop.

“The Royal couple is passionate about snowsports, in particular skiing, so what better way to mark the event than by throwing open our doors to couples named William or Kate.”

The indoor slope is serviced by four lift systems, lessons for all abilities are offered, freestyle camps, apres is available, retail shops have all the gear you need, membership packages are offered and you can even get professional race training.
