Snowboarder Magazine has awarded Mt. Bachelor the site to host the Superpark 15. This great honor in the resort industry will attract the world‟s top snowboard athletes, photographers and videographers to Mt. Bachelor for two weeks in May to progress the sport of snowboarding.

Superpark 15 will be featuring visiting terrain park staff from resorts across the U.S.; from our own Bachelor Parks staff, to Seven Springs PA., High Cascades Snowboard Camp, and a team comprised of Powder Resort staff from Boreal CA., Killington VT., Park City UT., and Copper Mountain CO. These top terrain park teams will build innovative terrain features for the athletes to inspire new tricks and styles to the sport of snowboarding, all while being filmed and photographed by Snowboarder Magazine, Standard Films, ESPN, Fuel TV, and other top-tier media outlets.

Superpark 15 is an invite-only, private on-mountain event. However, the week will conclude with „Pit Day‟ on Saturday, May 14, where pro athletes will mingle with Mt. Bachelor guests in a fun and non-competitive environment. Demo the latest in snowboard technology, get your favorite snowboarders‟ autograph, or snowboard with your favorite pro during ride-along sessions including Hana Beaman, Peter Line, and Jessica Kimura! The Superpark Pit Day will take place along with the Deschutes Brewery Concert Series featuring „MOsley WOtta‟ playing live from 12:30-2:30pm, in addition to the „BrewSki‟ beer fest and tasting from 12:00-3:00pm – all on-snow outside the West Village Lodge.
