Whistler Blackcomb expecting snow TODAY

Hot off the Whistler Blackcomb Snow Report Press!  Whistler Blackcomb is expecting about 15-20cm today and some also fell overnight. Whistler Mountain is closed for the season but Blackcomb Mountain is OPEN until May 30 via Excalibur Gondola daily, Dusty’s is open from 4pm-12am daily and Merlin’s from 3:30pm-12pm daily.  The complete snow report is as follows:

Last Updated: 5/11/2011 7:22:59 AM: Snow, Accumulations 15-20 cm. High plus 1. Afternoon freezing level near 1900 meters. Thursday: Cloudy with sunny periods. Scattered flurries. Low minus 4. Accumulations 2-3 cm. Afternoon freezing level near 2100 meters.

Right now, adult lift tickets are $55, youth and seniors are $47 and children (7-12 years old) are $28.
