Rev – short for Revelstoke. That word magically conjures epic powder and exceptional Heli-Skiing just when you speak it. Located in the “deep snow capital” of western North America, a ski documentary finally shows us the beauty and magnificence of the area.

The Ski Channel Presents: Rev: A Buried Treasure a heartfelt and raw story about people who ski, live and visit the place of their dreams, now in transition from a historic quiet mountain town to a world-class ski area. Brought to you by former TGR cinematographer, Shaw Vance, it is a very unique documentary about “a town that skis.” If you want to see tons of perfect powder, Vance and his crew have surely delivered the photography.

Ski legend featured in Rev: A Buried Treasure, Dan Treadway refers to the Revelstoke snow as “by far some of the best that North America has to offer.”  Other skiing legends featured in the documentary include Andrew Sheppard, Chris Ruebens and Sean Cochrane.
