EMU’s Eco Music Festival commences the weekend by taking over an entire ski resort to provide mountainside concerts featuring world-renowned headlining bands, guided mountain biking and hiking tours, and other outdoor special events. This event provides fun to the public, while also protecting the environment. EMU’s Eco Music festival pledges to be carbon neutral and is designed to be environmental friendly through featuring the first sustainable festival tent, as well as biodegradable water bottles, plates, and utensils.

Friday, July 1st participate in the Eco Climb-It Challenge, a 3k vertical battle to the summit of Elk Camp. Further, whether you like hiking or biking, tutor guides will also be available and ready to lead you along a variety of paths. Yoga classes will also be available and held at 8 AM, 10 AM, and 12 PM. Lively events, such Band Searchlight Showcase, Sunset Social, and fun games of capture the flag, will also be held and will not want to be missed.
Saturday, July 2nd be prepared for a full day of music and more! Two big events will be held on this day: the Eco Music Festival and the Eco Village Exhibition! The Eco Music Festival will be held on the mountain, featuring live performers, such as The Disco Biscuits, RJD2, Perpetual Groove, Leftover Salmon, and more. The Eco Village Exhibition will showcase eco-initiatives and eco products.
