Summer Fun Begins at Copper Mountain June 17

Copper Mountain, CO – Friday, June 17, is the perfect day to make a trip to  Copper Mountain Ski Resort for their grand opening! Friday kicks off the start of summer activities such as live music, golf, cycling, base-area or on-hill activities, and many more events. Something you don’t want to miss out on!

Participants can explore trails such as Red Tail, Upper Elf Alley and A-Road by foot or bike. Fridays at Copper (FAC) is also offered as a way to enjoy free music, and movies and if you spend $30 at the Village on Fridays, you are awarded free tickets to the activities. With the grand opening and expansion of the Copper Creek Golf Course, it will fulfill all you golfing needs. If you buy tickets now, you can take advantage of the $200 price reduction! A second golf course is the return of the environmentally friendly Disc Golf Course. All activities are provided as inexpensive ways to enjoy a beautiful day at Copper Mountain.

Don’t miss out on experiencing the world famous Woodward At Copper. It includes ‘The Barn’ which is a ski and snowboard freestyle training facility including indoor artificial snow jumps, jib lines, foam pits, skate features and Olympic fly-bed trampolines. Camps and training inside The Barn are being offered. 

Activities include the Quad Bungee Jump, mini golf, the climbing wall, and Summit County’s go-kart track. Other activities are mountain biking fishing, whitewater rafting, and horseback rides.
