If Tupac Shakur was alive today, June 16, 2011, it would be his 40th Birthday. Tupac’s (or 2Pac’s) music is still very loved and prevalent even 15 years after his death. Many skiers and boarders continue to use his music in their videos, whether it be on a professional level (Armada Skis) or for their personal use.

I found this gem of a personal snowboarding video featuring 2Pac’s “All Eyez On Me.” The rider, who’s using a ski pole camera mount, is taking on the mountain at Mount Hermon, the anti-Lebanon mountain range bordering on Syria and Lebanon. Mount Hermon is featured on The Ski Channel’s report of “Bin Laden’s Top Ten Ski Spots” which you can view HERE.

According to the video, it was a seemingly foggy day on that mountain in 2010. At 0:40 another boarder crosses boards with our Hero cameraman, but there is no falling. Way to keep it steady, youtube user Ariels205.

Rest in Peace 2Pac and Happy 40th. I hope you’re celebrating in heaven with a 40. Bad joke? I think that works quite well, actually.
