David Brown, 37, a skydiving instructor at Skydive Moab in Utah, has been missing for the past week. Friends, family, and the skydiving community are urging the public to report any possible sightings of Brown.

The Halifax native was last seen in his home last Thursday, June 29th, in the afternoon. His friend and boss Clint Macbeth, says that Brown left behind his passport, driver’s license, cash, and a paycheck. Friends and family first thought that Brown might be visiting his girlfriend in Las Vegas, but this has become more and more unlikely.

Brown is described as being six feet tall, 180 pounds, with green eyes and brown hair. He has tattoos, including a black bat on his left shoulder and a hummingbird, a moustache, and an alien head on his back. He was last seen wearing a t-shirt, shorts, and black shorts. Those close to him say he was “well-loved” by his community.

Brown’s family ask anyone who may have seen him to contact the Moab Police Department.
