Seth Meyers is back again: ESPY Awards host for Second Year in a Row

Tonight Seth Meyers will be hosting the ESPY Awards for the second year in a row, and is planning on making the show better and funnier.

In the past, the SNL cast member hosted the Webby awards twice, and he was recently the keynote speaker at the White House Correspondents Association Dinner in April. At the White House he mercilessly teased Donald Trump as well as cracking a few jokes at Obama’s expense, and then received fabulous reviews for his performance. On which event he finds easier to host, Meyers commented, “Obama is more intimidating, even though the athletes can physically hurt me. Politicians are a little harder as a comedy audience because they take themselves seriously. Athletes off the field are a more fun loving bunch.”

Tonight LeBron James and Tiger Woods should be prepared for some fun loving humor, as Meyers hints that he plans on keeping them as targets for his jokes. Also, look out for The Ski Channel favorites- Shawn White, nominated for Best Male Action Sport Athlete, and Lindsay Vonn, nominated for Best Female Athlete!

Think Meyers can make tonight’s award show top last years? Watch and judge for yourself- it airs at 9pm/ET.
