Mammoth Bike Park Opens Up More Terrain To Feast Upon

The Mammoth Bike Park at Mammoth Mountain keeps opening up more and more terrain for hungry mountain bikers. Last weekend they opened a slue more terrain and this weekend they have promised even more.

Expected to open this weekend are: Lincoln Express, Seven Bridges, Lower Skid Marks, Mountain-X, Richter and Ricochet. Also, Off The Top is promised to be detour free. This adds to the already opened terrain of: Upper Follow Me, Upper Bullet, Lower Break Through, Upper and Lower Flow, Shortcut, Mountain View, Jill’s Jumps and Lower Beach Cruiser.

Besides the open terrain, Richter got new enhancements and the Upper Downtown got revamped. Chair 2 will also be running this coming weekend and now everyday Friday-Sunday for the rest of the summer for access through Twilight Zone.

The Bike Park Shuttle departs every 30 minutes from the bus stop in front of the Mountain Center which is right under the Village Gondola starting at 9AM until 5:30PM daily. The Panorama Gondola is also operating daily from 9AM to 4:30PM.
