Special visit from Tibetan Monks in Park City August 1-6

Six Tibetan monks who have been authorized by the Dalai Lama and sent to do service including conducting healings, musical performances, dances and blessings will be in Park City, UT this first week of August from the August 1-6.  Their mission is to perform selfless service while spreading harmony and compassion through interfaith dialog, cultural exchange and Buddhist teachings. 

Tonight, the Monks will be making an appearance at the Park City Farmer’s Market from 12-4PM. The Farmer’s Market is located at The Canyon’s Lot, SR 224 & Canyon’s Resort Drive. After, they will be doing an Empowerment Initiation which is a purification and blessing of body, speech and mind at The Shop located at 1167 Woodside Avenue at 8PM. Doors open at 7:30PM.
