U.S. Ski Team Member Drunk and Unapologetic on JetBlue Flight

It has been reported that the 18-year-old member, or shall I say former member of the U.S. Ski Team, Robert “Sandy” Vietze, as been removed from the team’s roster after being drunk and urinating on an 11-year-old girl on a JetBlue red-eye flight from Portland, Oregon to JFK on Wednesday. May I first state that the U.S. Ski Team does not mess around and nor should they ever. Next, I would like to congratulate them on immediate dismissal. This is no way to represent your team, America, and at a base level of  human decency.

According to sources, Vietze told cops, “I was drunk, and I did not realize I was pissing on her leg.”  Look, people get drunk all the time and do stupid things, like urinate on people (I guess). However, the true problem lies with Vietze refusing to apologize for his actions. Excuse me, he refused? It’s probably best to stay away from the mountains anytime soon or else the skiing and snowboarding community will pelt you with snowballs. Grow up, Vietze.
