Park City Mountain Resort has a lot to be excited about this upcoming Winter season. With over 3,300 acres of rideable terrain and some of the most premier terrain parks in North America, the people at Park City have decided to up the ante, and have dropped $7 million in additions and improvements to the resort over the last year. With so much new steel being placed in the park, it takes the assistance of construction helicopters to install the towers and cross-arms for these enormous new lifts, and make sure they are ready for the busy season ahead.

One of the improvements to get excited about is the renovation of the 3 Kings chair-lift, which links skiers and snowboarders from the bottom of the hill up to Park City’s 3 Kings Terrain Park. This new lift and terrain park opened last season with a double chair-lift, but the new renovations will turn it into a triple chair lift. This will double skier and snowboarder capacity for the lift, which is much needed for all the terrain park junkies out there!!
