With just about a foot of snow falling from last week’s Nor’easter, New Hampshire’s Ragged Mountain Resort is gearing up for a ski season like no other.
In addition to the epic amounts of early snowfall, Ragged Mountain is proud to announce that it has completed over $1 million improvements and upgrades, including the addition of 100 low-energy/high-efficiency snow guns, since it closed its doors last Spring.
The Resort has also utilized new technology to launch its first ever, Get Ragged Frequent Skier Card. The card provides frequent visitors with deep savings as well as a number of unbeatable benefits. Specifically, card holders will receive 50% OFF Midweek Skiing and Riding and 25% OFF Weekends/Holidays, while exclusive benefits include, first tracks with ½ hour early load times on the High Speed Summit Six Pack on weekends & holidays, a free day after 10 visits and the ability to track the number of days and vertical feet a skier/snowboarder covers.
As if you need more of a reason, the Get Ragged Frequent Skier Card also saves visitors from wasting time in line at the ticket office by allowing guests to load the card online from home or on-the-go.
For a limited time, skiers and snowboarders can purchase a new Get Ragged Frequent Skier Card for $10 off the retail price, plus receive one free early-season lift ticket. Prices start at $59 for adults and $49 for teens, juniors and seniors.
Located just 15 miles off I-93 and I-89 in Danbury, NH, Ragged Mountain Resort is easily accessible from a number of major East Coast cities. Opening Day is scheduled for November 26 and shortly thereafter, Sport Thoma will host its First Annual Demo Day on Saturday, December 3. Visitors can test the latest equipment from K2, Nordica, Volkl, Head and Burton.
