The storm that did wonderful things to Aspen and Vail has also hit Tellluride Ski Resort providing the mountain over 10 inches of their own! Telluride has also been enjoying some of the best conditions in the United States, so this additional 10 is just falling in line with the status quo. As with the entire region, there is additional snowfall slated for the upcoming forecast going into the mid-week.
“Telluride has had a snow advantage all season, and this storm is literally ‘frosting on the cake’,” said resort CEO Dave Riley.
The National Weather Service is calling for some scattered snow showers on Wednesday and Thursday, with another large system set to come in over the weekend.
Telluride Ski Resort already has all lifts spinning and 95% of all lift accessed terrain open. Skiers and snowboarders can access nearly 4,000 vertical feet of terrain making Telluride the place to be this season.
