Bear Mountain has assembled a roster of professional coaches for their cutting edge Freestyle Camp. Skiers and snowboarders interested in enrolling in the camp will have the opportunity to receive expert advice on every aspect involved in park riding. The coaches will provide the technique and knowledge necessary for students to master rails, boxes, jumps, and half pipes. The Freestyle Camp will also incorporate video analysis for even more constructive reinforcement. Bear Mountain is renowned throughout the industry for birthing the modern day park movement. Not only have they brought together some of the best teaching staff possible, but campers will have the opportunity to train on nationally recognized Terrain Parks as well as the only Superpipe in SoCal!

“The Freestyle Camp at Bear Mountain enables riders to progress from beginner to advanced in skill and confidence,” says Bear Mountain’s Director of Marketing Rio Tanbara. “They really get the opportunity to see what it’s like to have fun and ride safely in the terrain park.”

The camp features three program levels to accommodate skiers and snowboarders ages 8 and up. There is “Skilled Beginner”, “Intermediate” and “Advanced”. The only precondition for enrollment is the camper must have basic riding skills, the capability to safely navigate intermediate terrain and most importantly a helmet!

Park and Pipe sessions cost $139 a day with a lift ticket included, or $99 for anyone already equipped with a Season Pass. Special rates are also available for season long campers.

No matter what your age, skill level or background Bear Mountain has the tools in their possession to get you ever closer to your dream of being a freestyle skiing and snowboarding machine! The Bear Mountain Freestyle Camp is one of the most unique learning experiences in snow sports and a worthwhile venture for anyone focused on progression!
