Mammoth Moves to be Made Thanks to Fresh Powder

The Sierras have been getting hit with a ton of new snow this week resulting in a solid coating of fresh powder across the slopes of Mammoth Mountain. The resort is taking things to the next level by offering visiting skiers and snowboarders some absolutely insane deals on lift tickets and travel.

Those of you planning on avoiding the drive can take advantage of two for one flights up to Mammoth! This deal is for a limited time, and will be good for one round trip ticket of equal or lesser value on the same flight as the full price flight between March 1st and April 15th. This deal ends on March 8th, and requires a seven-day advance purchase. If you do the math that means you’ve got until March 1st to make your move!

In addition to great travel deals, the lift ticket prices aren’t too shabby either! When you make your purchase online; adult, youth and senior tickets are only $69. These tickets are valid for skiing and snowboarding through April 21st. This deal will only be available until March 8th!

If you manage to make it to Mammoth Mountain for this upcoming weekend, you’re going to be in for a treat. Not only is the Sprint U.S. Grand Prix going on until the 3rd, but the Mammoth Concert series will be rocking the house all weekend as well. Class Actress will be playing at the Hyde on Friday the 2nd, while Shiny Toy Guns and CSS will be raising the roof at the Canyon Lodge on Saturday the 3rd.

After getting hit with half a foot of snow overnight the conditions couldn’t be better at the resort. The terrain is 100% open top-to-bottom, and is begging for a good shredding. Make sure to get your buddies and your gear together to ensure you’re the rider producing those first tracks!  Weather forecasters are predicting more storms on the horizon, so expect conditions to get even sweeter as the week continues.
