Big Bear Mountain Resorts is having a festive weekend starting Thursday! That’s right. Start your weekend on Thursday at Big Bear with live radio broadcasts, music, snow, and sponsored events!

On Thursday, let KDAY 93.5 start your day with today’s best beats as they broadcast live from Big Bear, 6am-10am. Music will be played throughout the day on the deck.

On Friday, The World Famous KROQ will be playing the best alternative music the industry has to offer on the deck.

Then don’t miss the ridiculously fun Lib Tech’s Boxes for Days Event on Saturday as they make their SoCal debut! The event is a simple concept: take normal park boxes and arrange then one after another to create a massive super-box! Great prizes and give aways thanks to Lib Tech, COAL, Arnette, GNU, Poler Stuff and Snowboarder Magazine. The event is open to snowboarders of all ages and it’s FREE! Try to be one of the first 50 to enter to grab a free shirt from Snowboarder Magazine. Registration is from 9-10:30 at the Board Room. The event starts at 11 am. Be sure to wear your helmet! KCXX will be playing music and hosting live performances.

And on Sunday, begin the day with Red Bull’s Switchboard Event at 8am, surfing at Huntington Beach at Goldenwest St. and 7am at La Jolla Shores, where they then road trip up to Bear Mountain at 10am (for Hunting Beach) and 9am (for La Jolla Shores) for an afternoon on the slopes. Make sure to bring a 12oz Red Bull for a $21 lift ticket, and $12.50 ski/snowboard rental at Bear Mountain group sales ticketing window. Professional big wave surfer Ian Walsh, who is also an avid snowboarder, will be in the mix shredding the waves and slopes all day!

With the recent snow storm putting 3 FEET of snow on the slopes, it’s a perfect to come up and enjoy all the Big Bear Mountain Resorts have to offer.
