After opening this past Friday, October 26, Boreal will be temporarily shut down due to warm weather as it awaits colder temperatures in order to open for good. Squaw Valley, following their one-day only event on October 25, a rare event opening before Boreal, is set to officially open November 21. However, don’t worry as there are many other options, such as Loveland, A-Basin, Cataloochee Ski Area and Sugar Mountain Resort. Stay tuned for updates as they become available!
