Jackson Hole Mountain Resort Opens for Skiing and Snowboarding this Weekend!

Crews are making big moves across Jackson Hole Mountain Resort in preparation for Saturday’s opening day celebrations!

The action-packed season kicks off on November, 24th, marking the earliest opener in Jackson Hole Mountain Resort’s history! The resort will open with nearly 2,000 vertical feet of accessible mountain terrain. Skiers and snowboarders will gain accesss to the intermediate and beginner terrain via the Teewinot and Après Vous high speed quads.

To celebrate the start of the 2012/2013 season, the Four Seasons Resort will be hosting the first annual Snow Peep Show on Saturday, November 24th, at 4pm. All proceeds will go to benifet Teton County Search and Rescuse, who are responsible for saving your butt when you get in a jam in the unforgiving backcountry. A number of retailers and small businesses form the Teton Village and town of Jackson are also going to host a collaborative ski season kick-off party to preview a variety of winter styles and gear. Tickets are $10 at the door and available at JH Sports, TVS and The Resort Store on Town Square.

Additional snow is forecasted to drop throughout the weekend. So gear up and get yourself out on the Wyoming slopes!
