Out of 400 models entered from ski manufacturers worldwide, Backcountry Magazine announced the DPS Lotus 120 Spoon as the best skis of 2013 in the 2013 Buyer’s Guide. A crew of ski-savvy athletes put each ski product to the test on the mountain for 3 days on various terrain of Utah’s Powder Mountain during March 2013.
Awarded with the most coveted award, the Lotus 120 Spoon won ‘Best in Test’ for the 2013-2014 season.
Backcountry commented, “The Spoon-ified tip feels like nothing else in Powder.”
In addition, notable winners this year was DPS’ all-mountain stalwarts, the Wailer 99 and Wailer 112RP, which each nabbed Gear Guide Select honors, respectively.
