A snow storm is on its way to hit California on Wednesday! The storm is forecasted to bring flurries to the Sierra’s and will most likely bring 9-12 inches of snow to Mammoth Mountain and Tahoe ski resorts!

Heavy rain and winds are expected along with this storm to all parts of Southern California. The Los Angeles Times states that, “The storm is expected to douse the coast and valleys with 1 to 2 inches of rain and as much as 4 inches in the mountains”. Bear Mountain and other southern California local mountain resorts can to expect to get a couple inches of snow at least. National Weather Service says we can expect more rain this week than we’ve had in almost three years. Lots of rain by the coast but lets hope this storm brings lots of pow to the mountains!

Hopefully our weekend will look a little something like this..
