With a healthy amount of snow coverage over the weekend and more forecasted this week, winter has arrived early at Whistler Blackcomb. The winter wonderland only has 31 more days until opening day, which will greet thousands of guests to the resort in BC Canada.

Whistler sent Coast Mountain Photography up the slopes with the snowmaking crew early Friday morning to share a special sneak peek of the fresh powder. With over 25 special events already planned this winter, there’s no doubt that Whistler Blackcomb is going to be flooded with skiers and snowboarders from around the world this season. So get your equipment prepped and ready for action because winter is coming!
