On Sunday, Dec. 21, skiers and riders who arrive at Bolton Valley dressed head-to-toe as Santa Claus will receive a free lift ticket for the day as part of the annual Santa Sunday event. But hold on now, a simple crimson hat won’t cut it. In order to get the goods, guests must don a full Kris Kringle suit and visit Guest Services before 10 a.m. to claim their free ticket.

At 10 a.m. all Santa’s will get together in the main base area around the Vista Quad for a group photo, and then head up on the lift. Bolton Valley received two feet of snow last week and is enjoying some the best early season conditions in recent memory. As of this week, 42 trails are open including Cobrass, Preacher, and Spillway. Free skiing sounds nice.
