Patagonia Men's Primo Jacket is storm proof
The Patagonia Primo ski-snowboard jacket is a lightweight shell that is durable, waterproof, and yes storm-proof. It's a versatile jacket you can wear around town in a cold rain or ski/snowboard in the powder and stay dry. A 3-layer shell with the Deluge DWR (durable water repellent) finish makes this possible. The chest pocket has an insulated electronic pocket inside, with interior cable routing for an audio device.
