The Sound of Winter Screening to Benefit Wiley Maple’s US Ski Team Expenses

Friday, November 22nd Mike Marolt and Montezuma Basin Productions are hosting the premier screening of The Ski Channel film, The Sound of Winter. The screening will be held at Aspen’s Belly Up, with proceeds benefiting Wiley Maple’s Ski Team travel and other training costs for the 2014 season.

Reception starts at 5:30, which will be followed by a silent auction. All ages are welcome. Tickets can be purchased for $15 at the Belly Up box office or online at BellyUpAspen.com.

Wiley Maple has been a member of the US Ski Team since he graduated from Aspen High School. He is the first athlete from Aspen to compete in the World Cup Downhill Circut in over a decade. Last year, Maple won the Europa Cup Downhill in Val d’Isere France.
