Jackson Hole has been crushing the Rocky Mountain region for snowfall for most of the season and with the latest addition of 2 feet of snow this week, they have received 20 feet of snow thus far. This winter season has truly been one that will go down in history as Jackson Hole has experienced record skier days so far this season.
“The snow is really shaping up in our favor as we head into the heart of winter; pretty mu
ch assuring skiers and riders will find the snow conditions they desire well into April,” said Jerry Blamm, JHMR President. “The new Casper lift and intermediate trail expansion has been received extremely well by our guests, and has been key in the way skiers move across the mountain. Even with the increased number of visitors, our guest service scores have improved significantly over prior years.”
Teton Village is packed with events to complement the incredible snow conditions for February and March. Dick’s Ditch Classic, a banked slalom race is happening March 1-3 for skiing and March 8-10 for snowboarding along with Music Under the Tram every Saturday in March and Jackson Hole Mountain Fest, the premiere music event of the winter. O.A.R. is set to be the featured headliner to the 8th Annual Mountain Fest taking place on March 30.
There’s no better time than now to get out and enjoy Mother Nature in her white-covered bliss.
