Red Bull Switchboard 2014 Hosting Ian Walsh and Denis “Bonus” Leontyev

Ian Walsh & Denis “Bonus” Leontyev are coming to SoCal to surf and snowboard for the annual Red Bull Switchboard event on Saturday, March 29.

Over 600 students from over 25 colleges and universities in San Diego, Orange County and Los Angeles, will get a chance to ride with professional surfer Ian Walsh and professional snowboarder Denis “Bonus” Leontyev, for a morning session at Huntington Beach and an afternoon of snowboarding at Bear Mountain Resort.

The day begins with surfing from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m. at the corner of Goldenwest St. and Pacific Coast Hwy, Huntington Beach, CA, or 7 a.m. to 9 a.m. at the La Jolla Shores Park on Camino Del Oro, San Diego.

After surfing, participants will then to take a bus to Bear Mountain Resort for an afternoon session of shredding in the snow. Then it’s a bus ride home to Huntington Beach and San Diego at 5 p.m. Tickets include breakfast in Huntington Beach, private bus transportation to Big Bear Mountain, a lift ticket, discounted ski or board rental, and private bus transportation back to Huntington Beach.

Students also have the option of purchasing tickets that include rides to Huntington Beach by private bus from Pomona, Riverside, University of Southern California, and University of California, Santa Barbara.
