Heavenly will open this Friday with more terrain than earlier anticipated
As TSC wrote on Monday, Heavenly Mountain Resort will open for for the ski and snowboard season this Friday, November 20. Today, more good news has been announced, as there will be more skiable terrain than the ski resort originally had anticipated. There will be almost 40 available acres, which will be accessed by the Heavenly Gondola, Tamarack Express, and Dipper Express chairlifts. So far, Heavenly's snowmaking system has been operated for over 190 hours, and more terrain will be open as weather conditions permit.
