Copper Mountain's four lift tickets for $219 and the 4-fingered Pizza Hut manager

The Urban Dictionary defines the "High Four" as "similar to giving someone a high five only one of your fingers is missing. The example being "My manager at Pizza Hut lost one of his fingers in an industrial mishap, so he was always trying to give everyone a high four, which was funny the first 10 times he did it but not funny after the 100th time."

Not so, at least according to Copper Mountain. The high four was the original fist bump and it was created by tight-ski-pant-wearing Ken Dolls. Regardless of the origins, whether from a Pizza Hut manager or Sexy Skier Dude:
